CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel, reschedule, or alter the services you are booked for we kindly ask for 48-hours notice by calling or texting our concierge team at the front desk. This notice allows us to fill your reserved space with guests from our waiting list. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48-hour notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. If you are sick or have had a recent exposure to COVID-19, please inform Maude, and your cancellation fee may be waived. Exemptions will be made on a case by case basis at the discretion of Maude’s Management.
